Delicious fresh, young, turmeric frozen at the peak of freshness.
IMPORTANT: This turmeric is frozen! Turmeric freezes beautifully, but if you thaw the turmeric, it will turn to mush. To use, take a piece of the turmeric out of the freezer, grate what you need while frozen and use immediately, and put remaining turmeric back in the freezer. Do not thaw the turmeric.
This turmeric is frozen in vacuum sealed bags.
The turmeric is grown on Rainbow Farm in Orland and is certified organic by MOFGA.
